How we check offers

Last updated October 4, 2026

Every offer in the SuperChurn catalog is checked against the bank’s or issuer’s own terms, and each one shows the date it was last checked. This page explains how, and what we don’t do.

51 offers are listed right now, and the most recent check was on October 5, 2026. Each offer page shows its own date.

Where the terms come from

  • The issuer’s own pages only: its offer terms page, disclosures or account agreement. Each offer links to the page we checked, so you can read it yourself.
  • Blogs, deal sites and forums can point us to an offer, but they’re never the evidence for its terms.
  • No scraping and no bulk imports. Offers are added and reviewed one at a time by a person.

What we record

The bonus, every requirement with the issuer’s wording, deadlines and what they count from, fees and how to avoid them, how long to keep the account open, which states it’s available in, and who can get it.

  • If a term isn’t stated, we say so. We never guess a deadline, fee or holding period; the page shows “Not stated” instead.
  • Eligibility tags quote the terms. Labels like “New customers only” or “1 per 24 months” sit next to the sentence from the issuer’s terms that backs them.

How often it’s re-checked

  • Every listed offer is re-checked against the issuer’s page each week.
  • When terms change, we publish a new version with a new date. Older versions are kept, and bonuses you’re already tracking keep the terms as they were when you started.
  • An offer that ends is marked as ended and links to current alternatives.
  • If we can’t re-verify an offer, it’s marked outdated instead of keeping a “Verified” badge it no longer deserves.

How listings are ordered

Current offers are listed by bonus size, largest first, then by name. Whether an offer’s Apply link is an affiliate link has no effect on whether it’s listed or where. Offers that don’t pay us at all are listed the same way. See the advertiser disclosure for how affiliate links are labeled.

Reports versus terms

Some useful facts aren’t in any bank’s terms, such as whether a bank checks ChexSystems or how many recent accounts it tolerates. When we mention these, they’re labeled as reports from other applicants, with their source, and never presented as verified terms.

What this can’t promise

  • The catalog doesn’t include every offer on the market.
  • Banks change terms without notice, sometimes between our checks, and some offers differ by person or location.
  • Whether you’re approved or paid is the issuer’s decision. Always confirm the terms on the issuer’s site before you apply.
