Privacy Policy

SuperChurn helps you track bank and credit card bonuses. It’s operated by Acerra Security, based in Oregon, USA (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect when you use superchurn.com, why, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect only what the tracker needs, we never ask for bank logins or account numbers, and we don’t sell your data or show you third-party ads.

What we collect

Your account: your email address and password (stored only as a secure hash by our authentication provider), plus sign-in records such as when you last signed in.
Your profile: an optional display name and your time zone, which we use to work out “today” for your deadlines.
What you track: the bonuses you add and the terms saved with them, your progress on each requirement, the dates you enter (such as when you opened an account), rewards you record, notes, and a history of the changes you make so your records stay accurate.
Your card list for 5/24: the card names and opening dates you enter, and any notes.
Apply clicks: when you use an offer’s Apply button, we record which offer was clicked and when, so we can count clicks per offer. If you’re signed in, the click is linked to your account; if not, it’s recorded with no identifier at all (no IP address or cookie). See the advertiser disclosure.
Visits to public pages: we count page views on our public pages (the home page, bonus pages, free tools and these policies) with Vercel Web Analytics, which doesn’t use cookies or build a profile of you. It records the page, the site you came from, and your country and device type. Pages inside your account are never measured.
Technical logs: our hosting and database providers keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested) to run the service securely and investigate problems.

What we never ask for

Bank or card usernames and passwords, routing or account numbers, full card numbers, Social Security numbers or other government IDs, or access to your transactions. Please don’t type any of these into notes or other free-text fields.

The free tools

The free calculators run entirely in your browser. What you type into them isn’t sent to us or stored anywhere, and you don’t need an account to use them.

How we use it

To run the tracker: show your bonuses, deadlines, and 5/24 count, and keep your history.
To sign you in, keep your account secure, and send account emails (confirming your email and resetting your password).
To answer you when you contact us.
To understand, in aggregate, which pages people visit and which offers they click, and to keep the service working and secure.

We don’t sell your personal information, share it for advertising, or use it to build profiles for others.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies (our visit counting is cookieless). When you follow an Apply link, the bank, issuer, or affiliate network’s own site may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy.

Who processes your data

We use a small number of service providers, who handle data on our behalf and only to provide their service:

Supabase: database and sign-in (hosted in the United States).
Vercel: website hosting and cookieless visit statistics for public pages.
Resend: sending account emails.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect the rights and safety of our users or others, or as part of a transfer of the service to a new owner, who would have to honor this policy.

How long we keep it

We keep your account data for as long as you have an account. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your tracked bonuses, card list, profile, and sign-in details, except where the law requires us to keep something. Server logs are kept for a limited period by our providers.

Your choices

See and export: download everything you’ve stored from Settings → Download my data.
Correct: edit your bonuses, progress, and notes at any time.
Delete: email support@superchurn.com from the address on your account and we’ll delete your account and data.

Depending on where you live, you may have further rights, such as to know what we hold or to object to how it’s used. Email support@superchurn.com and we’ll respond within the time the law requires.

Security

Your data is encrypted in transit, and each account can read only its own records. No system is perfectly secure, so use a strong password you don’t use anywhere else.

Children

SuperChurn is for adults. It isn’t meant for anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date above, and we’ll tell signed-in users about significant changes before they take effect.
